Gary said they were slippery at 3:30 when he came home. Not going to be a nice ride to work tomorrow.

Its pretty nasty -slick! A lot of idiot drivers who obviously forgot how to drive in snow as a result of our mini warm up :rolleyes

Edit* as soon as I hit post I saw a salt truck go by on Walker *

We just got home from picking up C, and they were pretty bad. There was not one road plowed when we were out there either.

Just came home on Howard to Amherstburg and they are okay if you slow you speed and take care. But there is a ton of icy spots and it's thundering and lighting out here

I just drove home from Windsor and didn't find them to be that bad. Use caution and you should be fine.

Just got home from bringing a dinner dish to Grandmas and the roads are bad! Stay off of them if you can. What normally would take me 7 mins to get home took me about 20-25 mins. And that's almost all green lights all the way.

I don't get it. Just got home in Belle River and didn't find it that bad. Cty Rd 22 was a little slippery in spots but I had no problem doing the speed limit. Getting in and out of driveways was the worst of it. I only drive a little Sebring, not an SUV either.

I drove into work from LaSalle to Cottam this morning, roads were all plowed, but blowing snow is making them snow covered. It took me 45 minutes which is only about 10-15 mins longer than usual. It usually takes longer with the snow, but there was no traffic, all those lucky people who get the holiday are home.

The roads were worse yesterday at 3pm when I drove out to work then they were at 9am when I left this morning. Huronline is a complete disaster as far as I'm concerned. They need to do a better job of plowing. County roads were much better shape than huronline which is really sad.

how are the roads now. I have to drive my brother back to chatham and was thinking of either the 401 or the 2. I really dislike the 401 so hoping the 2 is cleared.

Most main roads are in good shape, just use caution in the county and open areas because the snow is still blowing and their are some slick patches along the way. Side streets in the city are just a mess, but thats to be expected.
