What herbs or supplements do you take?

What herbs or supplements do you give your kids?

I take a multivitamin, Omega 3, probiotics and temporarily fenugreek. All are Natural Factors except the Omega which is Pure Nature store brand. I also try to take 3000 iu of Vit D but I don't always remember.

ODS (4) takes Progressive Kids multivitamin, Progressive Omega 3, 400 iu Vit D drops and Ionic Silver.

YDS (5 months) just takes 400 iu Vit D drops.

When they're getting sick they also get osscillococcinum (homeopathic). I also have Oil of Oregano for their feet but I rarely use it because it smells so strong.

Salmon Oil
Magnesium for restless legs
Liquid Vit D
Liquid Vit C
If getting sick: extra C, extra D, Oil of Oregano, Echinecea/Goldenseal tincture

For ds (6)- a multi and Vit D drops
For dd (2)- Vit D drops, Hylands C Plus if sick, Camillia or Hylands Teething Tabs, Hyland Ear tabs for ear ache

Everyday I take a multi-vit w/green tea, omega 3-6-9, vit D, vit E, folic acid, B-50, B-12, Kelp and flax and up until a couple weeks ago was also taking pre-nats because I was still nursing.

ds and dd both take Ironkids Vitamins for ACTIVE children, tells you how crazy and loud my house is lol
I am big on homeopathic. We use the 0-9 line of meds for colds on the kids,teething we use camillia drops, TTO for earaches.
I am not taking anything right now. When I feel I am getting sick I will take some echinecea

The kids and I take Vit. D, Vit. C, and Omega everyday. When sick I use Oil of Oregano, Zinc, Echinacea and Goldenseal. If the kids are sick sometimes I will put Echinacea/Goldenseal in a small cup with some juice for them to drink.
