I pulled a muscle in my shoulder in my armpit (LOL), and I'm wondering if there's a muscle rub out there that's safe to put on that very delicate area?

Lakota maybe? I rarely use muscle rubs, but last time I had to buy something I bought Lakota. It expired and so I threw it out a while ago or I would check the ingredients list on it for you.

Vicks vapor rub works great! We use to use it on our horses and both myself and my s/o use it for shoulder/neck/back pain.

Thanks ladies. After everything I read about parabens and all those other things, I'm really leery of putting anything that close to my lymph nodes. I will have a look at what you suggest. <3

Arnica gel

I forgot all about arnica since I haven't used it in so long. I should check if I have some left that hasn't expired since my shoulder/neck area is still sore from my trip to Cedar Point a couple weeks ago.

This.

Recently, I got kids arnica tabs (quick dissolve) and boy they are fantastic for those bumps/bruises & general pain.
