Spencer didn't get anything out of the ordinary, but he did end up some with neat non food things this year: a pencil, an eraser, a tattoo, and a thing that you stick in water and it 'grows' into a monster.

In a goodie bag we got to mini paks of playdoh, which was great, but it also came with an individually packaged rice cracker, which was odd, but im sure was appreciated by kids who are gluten free.

The neatest treat DD got were the mini paks of m&m cookies. I thought that was a great treat that wasn't quite candy, but still a nice treat. DD loves em!

nothing odd...my dd got a couple baggies full of trinkets - which made her the happiest (not me - I am anti trinkets (possibly why she loves getting them))

She didn't even ask for a treat when she got home. Went right into playing with all the trinket stuff

We got cool things. Tattoo, pencil, coupon from mcd's, rings, juice box (no pop) fruit roll up and rice crispie treat. I love the non candy stuff as I dont really like my kid eating all that chocolate and candy because she jumps off the walls ha ha ha

pretty "normal" night.... A was commenting that she was getting a lot of chips.... which I don't mind because she will get to bring them once in awhile for a school snack.... the girls were allowed to have 2 small treats last night... but even that, they were wound up with all the excitement and didn't finally fall asleep 'til about 10!!

I feel for the teachers out there today!!

He didn't get anything too odd... just a few full sized chocolate bars and 6 2-for-1 coupons for go-carting, laser-tag, and glow golf at the family fun centers.

My neighbour/landlord gave T a bag that contained 1 nature valley granola bar, 1 identifiable pastry (individually wrapped), pocket change that added up to 1.10 and a "sparky" activity book from that is given away free all over the place. LOL. I love him and he didn't have to get anything together but, I had to laugh at what he tossed into a bag.

The juice and pop makes the bags heavy for the little ones to carry around.

We bring an extra bag and when his bag got too heavy or full, we dumped it and I carried it.

We loved getting the pop as kids.

A yucky looking homemade candy apple, a regular apple, a koolaid jammer.

But the weirdest was an old looking package of Gerber toddler treats that was given to my 5 year old. I guess someone was cleaning out their pantry. Lol

Oh please don't think that I wouldn't help carry a heavy bag. The tips of bringing extra bags and a wagon are very good tips to solve the heavy bag problem.

Odd things here:
Free Bowling Coupons
Wendy's- Free Fries and Frosty (2 of each)
6 candy apples (lucky most were from school)
About 16 full sized chocolate bars
Some loose change as well...
And a crap load of "spicy" chips as my son calls them,
he wont eat them!
