We have it, and we use it a lot. DH watches a lot of movies, C watches a LOT of Arthur and Curious George. I mainly watch TV shows. I have so many TV shows I am waiting to watch on there. I'm currently working my way thru Buffy.

I upped my bandwidth.

It depends how much you watch.

It doesn't matter, if you have unlimited!

I had it for 3 months then cancelled. I found there was nothing I "really" wanted to watch. We got it because we like to watch movies on Sat nights. Very few of the new movies they had we wanted to see. 2 weekends in a row we found nothing for us to watch as a family. We'd either seen it or didn't want to.

I did like having access to international movies though. I went through all the foreign movies I wanted to see within 2 months though.

It does eat up a lot of bandwidth if you watch a lot like we do. We tore through 60 gigs in a month. I am looking into getting out of Bell and going with a unlimited bandwidth company, Bell is just too expensive

I love Netflix! We mainly watch movies. For a while I'd watch 1 or 2 a day and didn't find it to affect our bandwidth too much. We still weren't even close to hitting our limit. We don't download or do anything else like that on the internet much either though.

We have Netflix and I watch it occasionally, but mostly the kids use it to watch shows. We have unlimited internet, so bandwith isn't an issue. We don't have cable or satellite, so for $8/mth., it's nice to have Netflix for the kids.

It depends on the resolution you're using. For a standard definition TV it's not bad, but at full 1080p it sure chews it up.

Our kids use it all the time.

I'd be lost without Netflix, even with cable.
I LOVE documentaries & it has a lot of selection.
We've also started watching X-Files, Kenny Vs Spenny and a few other series we like.

I have Bell- and i just checked our usage for our first month with Netflix. We are not even at half of what we are allowed (we are at 26 BG and allowed 60) and i have watched a lot! We have likely watchedc 12-15 movies, the entire first 3 seasons of weeds, a bunch of other series and kids shows, feels like we have watched a lot! My pay period ends monday- so i am happy with Bell right now, seems like our plan accomadates what we use :)

I also have teksavvy, though we stuck with 300gigs and have never come close - we don't watch tv during the day and are in bed before 10 most nights so there isn't a whole lot of tv time then either. If we do need unlimited we can bump it up for only a few dollars more.

We are with Cogeco, but usually don't go over from Netflix. We will go over from other stuff.
That said, we usually run out Netflix through the Playstation- I wonder if that makes a difference?

I don't download movies or anything otherwise though my internet is on a lot of the day... so maybe that is why we are ok..
