October 18th-10:30am to 12:30pm-Windsor Public Library-Sit & Knit (Windsor Public Library at Budimir Library on Grand Marais Road West in Windsor, ON)-This event is open to the public, and all skill levels are welcome to attend.  Please come visit us at this event and learn a new skill.  There is a kids area close to our knitting section so kids are welcome too.

 

October 18th-10:30am to 11:30am-LaSalle Family Knit/Looming Club (LaSalle Public Library in LaSalle, ON)-This event is open to the public, and all skill levels are welcome to attend.  This is a family knitting club teaching kids to make a baby hat for donation to a baby in hospital. Parents and grandparents are encouraged to attend as they too can learn to knit a hat.

 

October 18th-12:30pm to 1:30pm-Tecumseh Family Knit/Looming Club (Tecumseh Public Library in Tecumseh, ON)-This event is open to the public, and all skill levels are welcome to attend.  This is a family knitting club teaching kids to make a baby hat for donation to a baby in hospital. Parents and grandparents are encouraged to attend as they too can learn to knit a hat.

 

October 18th-11:30am to 12:30pm-Kids Knitting at Kingsville Library (Kingsville, ON)-Learn to arm knit!!! Sign up at the Kingsville library and be sure to bring the kids out. This is a great way to learn the art of knitting and make something warm to show off to your friends too.

 

October 20th-6pm to 8pm-Woodslee Family Knit/Looming Club (Woodslee Public Library in Woodslee, ON)-This event is open to the public, and all skill levels are welcome to attend.  This is a family knitting club teaching kids to make a baby hat for donation to a baby in hospital. Parents and grandparents are encouraged to attend as they too can learn to knit a hat.

 

October 21st-10:15am to 1:05pm-PASS-Mason High School Looming Day (Windsor, ON)-These eager students have invited us to teach looming at their school. They will be running a yarn drive so please pop into their school downtown and drop off any extra yarn you might have to help them with their new initiative.

 

October 21st-6pm to 8pm-Kingsville Library Evening Knitting Club (Kingsville, ON)-This great group is comprised of friends that loom, knit, crochet and all other forms of yarn creation. There are lots of experienced people so come and meet some new friends.

 

October 27th-1pm to 3pm-Essex Public Library-Knit Club (Arner Townline off #3 Hwy in Essex, ON)-Please join us for a lovely afternoon with an open knit.  Bring your projects and enjoy the company of others. Knit Clubs are held in the private meeting room near the washrooms, so please don't be shy and come out!

 

October 28th-10am to 12pm-Southwinds Looming Day (Windsor, ON)-These great people have invited us back to teach their new friends how to loom. They have been busy spreading the word to their entire apartment building telling them all how they can get involved.
