I have two kids and work out of my home. I have an in-home daycare and I am trying to build up my Avon business! I am getting more and more use to working more of a full time job with my newest clients. I only worked T-Th before and now every day 7:15-5:30 or 5:45. Not sure how out of home moms do it!?! smile.gif

I work full time M-F and do a roation of on-call after hour work about once/month.

As most of you know, just as I was enjoying the freedom of having older children not requiring daycare, we had our "surprise" baby a year ago. I have just recently returned to work so I am facing the challenges of work, teens, daycare and a baby. I am looking forward to this forum.

Great idea.
Currently I'm on maternity leave until April. I have a 3 year old daughter and a son that is nine months old. I work 12 hour shifts at work....two day shifts, two night shifts with four days off. It's very hard to work 48 hours in four days but the four days off in a row make it worth it.

New to M2M!! I'm excited about this topic! I recently took a leap and decided to open up my own flower shop instead of returning to my job after Mat leave. I work full time and I have two busy boys 3 years old and 16 months old. Happy to find you all!
