My name is Tammy Chouinard and I have a
beautiful 3 year old girl, Chloe. I absolutely love
being a mother!
That’s why I decided to launch Mom2Mom Lambton-
Kent. We just moved back 'home' to Chatham-Kent
(I grew up in Blenheim, ON) at the end of 2006.
Juggling a marriage, new home and new baby while
working full time is never easy. Add to that the fact
that I hardly have time for sleep let alone getting
out to meet other Moms, so I decide to launch the
Lambton-kent chapter of Mom2Mom. I figured that
there has to be other women in this area who, after
becoming a Mother, feel the same way. Mom2Mom
Lambton-Kent was created to connect Moms in our
community.
Mom2Mom L-K offers various elements for women
of all stages of motherhood. First of all it offers an

for Moms to connect. This forum is broken up into many smaller forums so that each &
every woman has an area that suits them.
We also offer parents a place where they can find local small businesses that cater to
Moms called the Parent Pages. This section is a relatively new one and has started with
Kent County however we will soon be expanding to include Lambton County. Let us know
if you have a listing that should be included.
Mom2Mom Lambton-Kent also has a sister site called Baby 'n Me which offers a boutique
that carries 'Hip, Unique Gear & Natural Care for Mom, (Dad too!() and Baby' as well as
other information for parents and parents-to-be.
Our newest venture, CK Child, a local publication for parents & caregivers in
Chatham-Kent that is available both online and in print. CK Child is intended to unite our
community and includes articles written by local parents & small business owners on
everything from tips & recipes to pregnancy & ideas on how to live a greener lifestyle! We
also compile events from various venues in Chatham-Kent & list them for you in our
publication.
