i love everyone here!! lov eto talk to all, share and be there for each other!!! love u all so much!!!
we have three kids aged 5 1/2, 4 1/2, and 18 months, plus a dog and a hamster lol!!! full house lol but never full enough lol

although I am not on the boards that much anymore (having moved since) I still check in every now and then and am thrilled to have such a great group of women to run things by, laugh with, and occasionally, cry with. this is a great suport netwrok, help for so many of the parenting questions that come up, and great for the adult connection that we as moms sometimes lose!

well I found mom2mom through the old standby mothercraft.. mom2mom was hosting the tuesday afternoon information sessions... it said for more information call monique... I did.. we met.. and then I met everyone at the christmas party and I've had playdates with moms that I met.
it has meant support for my own business... it has meant something to do that is related to me being a stay home mom, a place where I can vent, a place where we can share points of view... and even if they are different... as they often are... celebrate the act of sharing and the fact they are different.. and support each other.
get input on ideas, get support when down or just need to vent.. its been great and I think its only just begun.-Pinky, Toronto (mom of 1, mompreneur, member since November 2006)

mom2mom... it's a plethora of meanings from family, friend, support and to support others. it's a pay it forward and a being paid forward to. it's a place of relaxation and a place of love and kindness. it's a place to kick up my feet and have some me-time and still be able to talk about my kids as well.
it's a place of advice, to give it and receive it. it's my second family that is as much my blood kin as my own family at home; where I come to commune with my fellow sisters in motherhood.
it is a place where I am who I am, and will be no other. for I am woman and mother.

mom2mom is my cyber family!!! it' s place where I can gush about my children's accomplishments (and my own), where I can rant and rave about the things that have upset me -- whether they're big or small. it's a place of meeting new people, of laughing and sharing and even sometimes crying with old friends. it keeps me sane when I've been cooped up in the house for 3 days straight with small children for company!! and mom2mom has given me the opportunity to make new friend -- not just online, but meeting them in person too -- for playdates, and moms' night's out, cooking classes, and just for fun!! it's given me the opportunity to organize little get-togethers and plan for future events that our families can all take part in: moms, dads, and kiddles!! And THAT is something that I really enjoy!!
thank you mom2mom for opening up so many doors, to friendship, and to opportunities!!!
