(If you are experiencing problems with the Classifieds)
Question:
A common problem: I wanted to respond to someone on the M2M classifieds
but couldn't until I logged in. I tried to log in and it wouldn't
let me. So, I tried to register again using the same email address
as before (thinking that maybe with all that is going on in the
classifieds that my email registration got 'lost') and it wouldn't
let me register because my email address is already registered.
Answer:
Just
go to classifieds and use the "forgot password" option.
It will send you a new password to your e-mail address and then
just change it to whatever you want once you log in with the one
that was sent
Question:
is there a way to change the password back?
Answer:
Yes, when you log in with you newly sent password you will be in
the Member Area. On the left side of your screen you will see a
list of options:
Member Area
Front admin
New Ad
Edit ad(s)
Favorite
Change info
Change password
Log out
Click on Change
password
Note:
If after attempting all the above, you still continue to experience
problems, we may have to delete your membership so that you can
reregister. Please email us at mail@mom2mom.ca for assistance with
this.
