The Information Centres manage hundreds of records on local community programs such as recreation, drop-in centres, home based day cares, play groups, government services and clubs and groups that deal with a variety of special issues. Our organizations also offer a wide array of programs for families and individuals, based on the needs of each community.

Staff at the Community Information Centres are specially trained to mediate with callers and refer them to the most appropriate organization. In addition, we monitor and report gaps in services - so if something is missing in a community - we are aware of it & can often work to address those gaps.
