SALE - NON-PROFIT SET UP INFORMATION
Non-profit vendor set up information for the Mom2Mom sale is below,
please read all instructions carefully
and contact us if you have any questions.

Presale for volunteers, vendors and passholders starts at 9:00am
Doors open to the public at 10:30am-2:00pm

-Set up begins at 8:00am on the morning of the event
-PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY, WE
NEED TIME TO FINISH OUR SET UP BEFORE VENDORS CAN ENTER
-Enter through the MAIN ENTRANCE and sign in before
-Table numbers will be assigned at sign in
-All items must be unloaded and at your table no later than 10:00am,
loading doors will be locked at that time
-The Mom2Mom presale begins at 9:00am, it is not maditory that
you are there at that time but it does get busy
-Your space is to be occupied by only the organization that it
is registered to
-Familiarize yourself with exits nearest your table in case of
-Promotions and/or advertisements for businesses other than the
registered business is strictly prohibited
-All items must be kept within your assigned space
-Sales of food items is not allowed at the complex
-Vendors are responsible for removing all unsold items
- Please bring empty cardboard boxes home at the end of the sale
-Electricity must be requested at the time of registration, spaces
are limited, please bring your own extension cords/power bars.
We recommend that you bring a cord at least 25ft long.
-Table coverings are not provided
-You may NOT attach anything to walls, floors, doors etc of the
venue, this includes using tape, nails, screws etc. You are responsible
for any damages done to your space.
